A Jury Win and a Client’s online review
This week, Harold Wallin successfully defended a client who was charged with DUI with a BAC of 0.156. The case, which was tried before a jury in Chicago at the Richard Daley Center, revolved around the accuracy of the breath test. The client’s comportment and demeanor, and his performance on field sobriety tests did not match the breath test result. Something had to be wrong, and Mr. Wallin zeroed in on his client’s history of esophageal issues including acid reflux, which Mr. Wallin contended, invalidated the breath test result. The jury agreed.
Later, the client posted this review on AVVO.com:

After 2 1/2 years of working the case, we finally went to a jury trial. At trial, Harold was excellent. He paid close attention to the details other might have missed. It seemed like we were fighting an uphill battle, not only against the prosecutors, but against the judge as well. Harold remained calm and said and did everything he could.
Words can not express how thankful I am that I had Harold as my lawyer. His knowledge and experience made a big difference in my case. I highly recommend him to anyone with a DUI or criminal case.
Thank you Harold!
